What to expect as a Strise Development Representative:
The new Sales Development Representative will power the Strise sales engine as a critical part of the team. You will take ownership of building opportunities at the top of the sales funnel, starting relationships with large enterprises and mapping out use cases where Strise will be valuable to new customers. You will be the first point of contact for many new customers, creating a strong first impression and communicating the product vision clearly to build trust.
What is important for you to be a great fit as an SDR at Strise:
- Interest in new technology and ideas for how AI can be sold in the enterprise space
- Experience sourcing sales opportunities to build pipeline and power the top of funnel activity
- Outgoing personality - you love speaking to new people and understanding their technology challenges and want to progress in sales
- Experience working with KPI’s and quarterly deliverables on sales opportunities and pipeline growth
- You understand pipeline management and how to move opportunities through early stages to create new customers
- You are looking for a role with real ownership of the sales development goals - not just another lead sourcing job
- Have fun. (Seriously, we take great pride in having fun)
- Experience in sales is important but we do not believe the number of years tells your full story - we want to hear from all salespeople with great backgrounds
If you also have it would be great to see
- Experience with prospecting software and processes
- International sales development experience
