Our customer base is growing rapidly. Just one year from commercializing the product Strise is now used in some of Scandinavia's biggest banks, most innovative scale ups and well known B2B Sales businesses.

From the beginning of 2021 we have already more than tripled revenue and are on course to scale aggressively in 2022 with additional venture funding, across all teams.

About The Role

At Strise, we believe that people can achieve amazing things given the right tools for the right problems — especially when guided by caring mentors and a work environment that values both personal and technological growth.

As a part of the QA and Customer Success team, you will therefore be given both trust, and responsibilities, from day one. You will work closely with both Engineering, Sales and Customers, to help them solve their problems and make their touchpoint with Strise be the highlight of their day.

In sum, we're looking for someone who can take charge of the following responsibilities:

  • Lead and create processes on how we interact with our customers and prospects via in-app chat, Slack, email, phone and social media.
  • Solving and filtering customer issues and feature feedback together with the Customer Success department.
  • Creating How-to, product updates and FAQ guides both written and video to better be proactive in all dialogues
  • Manage our in-app onboarding flow 
  • Routinely test and verity functionality in the application
  • Report bugs and inconsistencies to the tech team
  • Improve and quality control the data presented to customers

In addition to this, you will also become an important part of our ambitious team of technical tinkerers, with the common goal of taking our product to the next level, both in terms of scale, performance and customer value.

Problem solvers who can make things happen with new customers whilst working with an established but ever evolving product and the challenges that can bring. If something sounds smart but uncomfortable to keep moving forward, you’re the first person to try it and learn how we can improve it next time.

Besides this, we have the following expectations:

  • Fluency in Norwegian and English, both spoken and written. Danish and Swedish and/or  having some experience within writing help articles is a plus.
  • Experience working with customer service and having an eye for detail.
  • A technical mindset, and a desire to learn.
  • Values punctuality, and values reliability.
