Onboarding and Training Manager

About the role

You'll join a small team of highly skilled and motivated people from different areas of the business. And you'll be working closely with especially our sales department and our customer engagement squad in delivering a stellar first impression of Strise to new customers and users.

This role will report to Sales as a team, and be a member of the cross-functional engagement squad.


Sales owns the account from when they start considering using Strise, to testing the product, and to the point they become a signed customer. From this point on, you will own how we communicate and meet with the end users, and collaborate with the engagement squad on how we should help them succeed to become a superuser of Strise.

User activation and engagement with the Strise product:

The engagement squad is made up of people from all teams in Strise. The mission of the squad is to make every user of the Strise product succeed in the best way that they can, and experience maximum amount of value from using this product in their day-to-day activities. The squad owns the part of the customer journey from the time the customer is signed.

The Onboarding and Training manager will be responsible for:

  • Delivering exceptional onboarding programs for new customers
  • Training and enablement activities - both 1:1’s and Team sessions to drive usage
  • Product update sessions with existing customers to help raise awareness of new features.
  • User feedback sessions to gather feedback and feature requests for our product and tech teams

Who are we looking for

A curious mind and wide open ears

You won't give up until the customers needs are heard and communicated to the rest of the team. You will be the eyes and ears of the users, and you enjoy talking to our customers, both over e-mail, the phone and in digital or physical meetings. If something sounds smart, but uncomfortable, you will not hesitate to do what is needed for us to create the best possible experience for the customer.

  • An ability to communicate well with both users and other employees.
  • A structured and proactive mind-set.
  • Fluency in English and one of the Scandinavian languages.
  • A talent for having fun (Seriously! We take pride in having fun while solving hard challenges).
