Strise is a fast-growing scale-up based in Oslo. We have built groundbreaking Know Your Customer (KYC) Intelligence System to help banks fight financial crime. Our AI technology connects insights about B2B customers providing valuable information to major financial institutions such as SpareBank 1, Danske Bank, and Nordea, to mention a few.
Strise makes an impact by making it easier and faster for banks to fulfill their social mission of uncovering financial violations such as money laundering. After successfully becoming trusted by some of the biggest financial institutions in Scandinavia and more than tripling our revenue since the beginning of 2021, we are now planning to expand internationally moving towards our goal of becoming the leading KYC Intelligence System globally.
We are looking for an experienced customer success manager to develop and implement marketing strategies to take our pioneering KYC Intelligence System to the global stage. You will work closely with product and sales to ensure that we are effectively targeting international markets and establishing a strong partner value proposition and partner program. As Strise is experiencing rapid growth, we expect to expand our product marketing team and resources, and in the long run, you would have the potential to lead the team and have a great impact on the Strise brand.

What will you do
This role is focused on the Post Sales & Activation / Implementation phase of the customer lifecycle.
Sales own the account from when they start considering using Strise, to testing the product, and to the point they become a signed customer. From this point on, you will own how we communicate and meet with the end users, and collaborate with the engagement squad on how we should help them succeed to become a superuser of Strise.
User Activation and Engagement
You will deliver a superior level of service to manage the end-to-end user experience through customer onboarding together with the engagement squad, which is made up of a cross-functional team. You will be able to orchestrate a series of activities that produce a positive and integrated customer experience that promotes adoption and optimal business outcomes. Gain and utilize account intelligence to drive best practices in solution design and deployment to help customers maximize the value of our software solutions.
